Freedom Treks Wins a Platinum Customer Service Award
We’re exceptionally proud to have been presented with a prestigious Feefo Platinum Customer Service Award for delivering exceptional service.
For the third year in a row, we have received the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award, based on genuine reviews from our customers. In recognition of our consistently high standard of service, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve now earned Feefo’s new Platinum Trusted Service award.
The Platinum award recognises customer service of the highest standard delivered over a period of at least three years. We couldn’t have done this without the support of our wonderful customers who gave us an average feedback score of 4.7 out of 5 in 2019, so thank you!
