The World Heritage architecture, Roman remains and art deco cafes of Reims make a spectacular start and finish to this circular tour, and the Champagne houses of Epernay are a highlight halfway through.
You’ll pedal through the rolling landscapes of Montagne de Reims National Park and cycle to the village of Hautvillers where Dom Pérignon pioneered his sparkling wine. Listen for the tinkle of bottles and pop of corks as you tour the region’s wine villages, descending into chalk-cave cellars to compare names such as Moet and Taittinger, to the Champagne produced by small scale winemakers - don’t miss out on the red Champagne.

Some days will be flat, other days will have some modest hills. Easy to Moderate cycling holidays are suitable for most ages and degrees of fitness. We recommend that you have some previous cycling experience.
