The beautiful mountain city of Bolzano with its narrow streets and colourfully painted buildings will be your base as you explore the beautiful scenery of the South Tyrol by bike. Pedal through vineyards and orchards full of apple blossom on bike paths and farm tracks, swim in beautiful lakes with clear, sparkling waters and take a cable car high above Upper Bolzano and appreciate the mountain panorama. Visit historic cities of Merano and Trento with their beautiful cathedrals and fine architecture.

The cycling is mainly easy going with just a few climbs or on one of the longer days you can opt for a train ride. After the cycling you will be rewarded with wonderful cuisine and will see the wonderful mix of the Austrian and Italian influences, perfect when accompanied by the impressive local wines.
