Explore Umbria’s green heart and medieval hill towns as you tour the region by bike. This relaxing week gives you time to take it all in as you ride through the Umbrian Valley and explore each town on foot. Pedalling to new destinations each day, you’ll discover Assisi’s basilica, Spello’s frescoes, and Romanesque churches in Bevagna. After each day’s cycle ride, you’ll unwind in city centre hotels and rural retreats with swimming pools.

Riding on quiet country lanes and cycle paths, you’ll pedal past fields and hills cloaked in vines, olives and sunflowers. Learn more about this local produce at the 17th century palace in Torigiano - a hilltop town with ancient walls. The fortress town of Spoleto is a stunning place to finish, with its grand arches and amphitheatre. When you arrive, be sure to reward yourself with ice cream, cappuccinos and local wine.
