Spend four days in the green heart of Italy as you tour through unique and unspoiled Umbria with its rolling landscape and hilltop towns. Cycling between settlements is easy, there are options for steeper climbs or gentler routes. Each place you’ll visit holds unique appeal, from the interlocked stone houses of Spello to the peaceful wine village of Torgiano.

As you pedal past cypress topped hills and landscapes cloaked in vineyards and olive groves, you’ll see palaces, theatres and mountain monasteries. The pilgrimage town of Assisi is a stunning place to finish and touring the town’s pink marble buildings or sitting on a sunny terrace with a glass of local wine, some homemade gelato or a bowl of fresh pasta is the perfect way to finish.
