I graduated from stabilisers at eight years old and have since enjoyed socially cycling with friends and family along the South Coast and the Downs.

It's got to be the Vietnam Boat & Bike Tour. Spending a fortnight discovering the country’s diverse landscape on two wheels, with a boat for accommodation is a trip that’s now firmly on my bucket list.

Nothing is in the diary just yet, but as mentioned above, the Vietnam tour would definitely be my first choice

Me and four close friends enjoyed a scorching day in Greece wading through the stunning Acheron River and climbing waterfalls. We finished the day in Parga, the nearby town, for a beer and a gyros. If you’re planning a trip to Greece, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

When I was twenty (a long time ago now), my partner and I were staying in an old farmhouse at the edge of a small town. Late one night I woke up to the outline of a tall man floating on our balcony. Being somewhat of a paranormal sceptic and thinking my imagination was playing tricks on me, I dozed off again. However, the next morning before I could mention anything about my odd experience the previous night, my partner said to me “The strangest thing happened last night, I’m sure I saw a ghost standing at the end of the bed”... We slept with the lamp on the following night!

Don’t be the person that gets sunburned on the first day of the trip trying to get a tan - always apply sun cream and avoid the dreaded lobster look.
