Experience some of Scotland’s most spectacular scenery on this tour through the Trossachs and Highland Perthshire. Starting in Callander, the Gateway to the Highlands, explore the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park with a loop ride through the valleys and around lochs nestled between the mountains. You’ll then slowly work your way north, often following the National Cycle Network, via the picturesque towns of Killin and Aberfeldy to Pitlochry on the edge of the Cairngorms. The route gives you the opportunity to visit castles, museums and whisky distilleries as well as countless idyllic spots to take a break from cycling in peaceful isolation.

The easy to moderate cycling is on a mix of quiet roads and established cycle paths, with longer and shorter rides available on most days. The tour features extended stays in Callander and Pitlochry, allowing you to settle in and get to know your surroundings with the option to take days off from cycling if you wish. With mountains, lochs, castles and whisky, this tour is a perfect snapshot of everything that makes Scotland a wonderful place to ride a bike.

Scotland's Lochs and Castles - Short Break is a 4 night version of this tour, perfect for a long weekend.
